You have two options when adding customers from your dashboard: adding them one-by-one, or adding them in bulk by uploading a CSV file.
Add customers one-by-one
To add a single customer, simply click the Send invites dropdown in the top right of your menu, and select the Email or SMS option based on whether you have the email address or phone number of your customer.
Step 1 on the next page will ask you for the customer name and email or phone number.
You can follow Step 2 on this page to get that review invitation sent to your customer.
Add customers in bulk (CSV)
Adding customers in bulk is useful when you have > 10 customers, or are uploading customer lists on a regular basis. You can create a new customer list by visiting Customersand then Customer listsin your menu.
You will be asked for:
- A name for your customer list
2. Uploading your CSV file
3. Matching the columns in your CSV to fields in Rocket Reviews (such as
an email)
4. Confirm the import to start the import process
